Building Immunity Workshop

Working on the bodily systems to fortify, protect and strengthen against pathogens, infection and bacteria etc.  The body systems for main focus will be digestive, circulatory, cardiovascular, integumatory, musculoskeletal, endocrine and lymphatic.  Taking a look at how we can maintain a healthier regulation of these systems using yoga asana, naturopathic techniques and nutrition.

Held by qualified Yoga Teacher, Natural Therapist and Massage therapist Averil Drake.

July 24th Pregnancy Yoga Workshop

Prenatal Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition Workshop

Yoga and Pilates are Great for Managing your pregnancy

Learn techniques to:
- Ease pregnancy discomfort
- Strengthen back and core
- Help maintain healthy posture
- Breathing Techniques
- Keep preggy fit, and prepare for birth
- Strengthen the pelvic floor
- Meditation, relaxation and connect to baby

Nutrition for pregnancy will also be covered for mum and bubs

Program run by:
IYTA Qualified Yoga Teacher Averil Drake with 15 years teaching experience
Averil is also a Qualified Massage and Natural Nutritional Therapist
Averil managed her own (twin) pregnancies with pilates, yoga and nutrition
resulting in problem free healthy pregnancies with healthy babies.

Term 3 Courses

7 week term - Starts July 21 till Sept 5th
Term 2 finishes 4th of July.
With the upcoming arrival of our twins we are running a shortened term 3. Classes will finish on Sept 5th, however Kung fu will run up untill the 17th of September. We will have a 5 week break until the beginning of term 4 starting October 13th.
The following classes will be offered in term 3:
Mon 6pm Tai Chi and 7.15pm Kung fu
Tues 9.30am Mind Body and 6.30pm Yoga
Wed 6pm Kung fu
Thurs 7pm Yoga/Pilates
Fri 9.30am Gentle Mind Body
Private sessions
Term 4 - 9 weeks:
Aerial yoga returns for a full term Thursdays 6pm
All other courses return
Cost $70 for 7 weeks except Tues Yoga 6.30pm which is $100.
