Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga and Pilates are Great for Managing your pregnancy

Learn techniques to:
- Ease pregnancy discomfort
- Strengthen back and core
- Help maintain healthy posture
- Breathing Techniques
- Keep preggy fit, and prepare for birth
- Strengthen the pelvic floor
- Meditation, relaxation and connect to baby

Nutrition for pregnancy will also be covered for mum and bubs

Program run by:
IYTA Qualified Yoga Teacher Averil Drake with 15 years teaching experience
Averil is also a Qualified Massage and Natural Nutritional Therapist
Averil managed her two (twin) pregnancies with pilates, yoga and nutrition
resulting in problem free healthy pregnancies with healthy babies.  And has successfully assisted in repositioning baby for labour using yoga.
